So, I posted about the MICHAEL JACKSON ‘BAD25’ documentary a while back and we’re quickly approaching the reveal. On Thanksgiving the SPIKE LEE produced documentary will debut giving millions of MJ fans a peak into the making of the classic album ‘BAD’!
Wondering why it’s titled ‘BAD25’? Well, it’s celebrating the albums’ 25th anniversary. Be sure to catch it on ABC November 22nd at 9:30 pm ET (Check your local listings)! In the meantime peep the trailer above. xo @RozOonTheGo

At the outset of BAD 25 – the documentary film celebrating the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s Bad album – director Spike Lee quickly dispenses with talk of the pop superstar’s personal struggles, diving right into the artistic perfectionism that drove him to achieve his career milestones. “Hopefully, that’s what this documentary is about – it’s gonna have people return to focusing on the music, his art, which I feel is his legacy, in addition to his children,” Lee, dressed in a white BAD 25 T-shirt, told reporters at the Toronto International Film Festival, where the movie had its North American premiere over the weekend, after debuting in Venice 25 years to the day since Bad’s release.
To piece together the making of Jackson’s landmark LP, Lee unearthed archival footage from studio sessions and music video shoots and conducted interviews with Jackson’s many collaborators, including Quincy Jones, Martin Scorsese, Stevie Wonder and Sheryl Crow, and stars who were inspired by his music, from Kanye West and Mariah Carey to Questlove and Justin Bieber.

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though its breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you’ll get by
If you smile with your fear and sorrow…

This week, Usher enters atop the Billboard 200 and R&B/Hip-Hop Albums with “Looking 4 Myself” and logs a 10th week at No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs with “Climax.”
Usher, famously, was instrumental in launching the career of Justin Bieber. After Scooter Braun became Bieber’s manager, he invited Bieber to sing for Usher. The result? The then-13-year-old Bieber joined Usher and Braun’s Raymond Braun Media Group and began his rapid ascent to pop culture prominence. Currently in the Billboard Hot 100’s top 10 for a 12th week with former No. 2 hit “Boyfriend,” Bieber is set to make the year’s splashiest bow on next week’s Billboard 200 with his third studio album, “Believe.”
Now, Bieber can take partial credit for the No. 1 song on the Hot 100. His viral video of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” - co-starring Selena Gomez and Ashley Tisdale, the clip has racked more than 43 million YouTube views - and an endorsement of the song to his more than 20 million Twitter followers helped propel the song up the chart and on its way to No. 1.
PARIS JACKSON on Dad MICHAEL JACKSON’S Death: ‘It Never Gets Easier’
Three years after Michael Jackson died at age 50, his daughter Paris says the pain of his loss still lingers.
“It never gets any easier,” the 14-year-old tells Oprah Winfrey on Oprah’s Next Chapter, airing Sunday on OWN.
Jackson died in June 2009 of an overdose of the powerful anesthesia propofol. His physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was sentenced to four years in prison after he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering the drug.
Paris is pursuing an acting career, starring in the upcoming fantasy movie Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys.

Pepsi has unveiled a new multiyear global marketing campaign, complete with a new tagline — “Live for Now” — and commercials featuring the biggest names in music. First up in the campaign is Nicki Minaj, whose 2010 single “Moment for Life” acts as soundtrack for the ad, out May 7.
It’s a deal that will make Minaj a worldwide spokeswoman and also give her enough fodder to fuel two songs’ worth of material on her sophomore album, “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.
“Nicki has momentum. She’s a maverick,” Frank Cooper, PepsiCo chief marketing officer of global consumer engagement, told Billboard in this week’s cover story. “She represents the kind of artist who’s in the moment, making things happen on her own terms.”
As first reported by Ad Age, Pepsi is also prepping a campaign in mid-May around the 25th-anniversary of Michael Jackson’s “Bad.” Billboard has learned the program will include a series of remixes from superstar DJs — Skrillex, Diplo and A-Trak are among the names mentioned to be connected with the project. The exclusive tracks are set to be accessed through a special Pepsi-can promotion where fans can scan a code with their phone to hear a song.
