Thankfully, she no longer has these weight struggles and she looks at herself in a ‘whole new light. She tells SELF, “Being beautiful doesn’t mean being skinny. New Music Streaming Service By Google:

Yes, as speculated, the giant that is GOOGLE launched a music streaming service today!

The music subscription business is crowded, but Google, Inc. still feels that they can snag a piece of, if not all of this largely growing business. It’s ‘dubbed all access’ and it’s available in the U.S. as of today (Wednesday) for $9.99 a month with a 30-Day free trial. However, you can get a special rate of $7.99 per month if you sign up before June 30th.

The announcement was made at Google’s I/O conference for developers. I know personally that the Music Giants like Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Music Group are embracing this new service from Google. ‘Music executives have applauded Google’s entry into the market.’

It’s not so warmly welcomed by everyone however. I’d like to see how it plays out. My main concern is that the Artist who creates the music is taking care of. Revenue will surely be increased for the music giants; let’s just assure it trickles down to the creators of the music that’s being streamed! The right amount that is .. as in percentage!

Yes! Dr. Dre + Jimmy Iovine Donate $70 Million!

Dr. Dre and one of my former bosses - Jimmy Iovine gave a ‘gift’ of $70 Million Dollars to USC for Arts Academy. With the funds the University of Southern California are set to establish a four-year undergraduate program for students interested in a mix of arts, visual design, entrepreneurship, computer science and marketing. I’m screaming, why didn’t they have a program like this when I went to college?! We were stuck trying to create this mix by taking ‘Mass Communications’, ‘Business Management’, ‘Marketing’ and ‘Computer Science’. That was my case anyways. 

So, you kids are very lucky! If your a creative looking to work in Entertainment then you know just how important this is! I’m going to speak to the guys about being a professor! I’m qualified! The ‘Iovine and Young Academy’ will focus on four core subjects: arts and entrepreneurship; technology, design and marketability; concept and business platforms and creating prototype.

“The vision and generosity of Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young will profoundly influence the way all of us perceive and experience artistic media,” university President C. L. Max Nikias said. “USC provides an extraordinarily rich academic, research and artistic environment. We are committed to encouraging our students to use their intellectual and creative resources to effect change in all segments of society. Our goal is to ensure that the academy is the most collaborative educational program in the world.”

I salute these two gentlemen and it doesn’t surprise me at all. Having worked near them and sat in meetings with J.I. I know that this is something that they did from the heart and with great intentions.

The exhibition has been taken to China, Shenzen where they’ll be on display until they move to the next location! The detail of each little critter is intricate and a very artistic way of viewing the many products in the LV vault! The exhibition has made other stops in Paris, Australia and Tokyo. VIDEO: SUPRA + G-SHOCK PRESENT “IT’S ABOUT TIME”

To celebrate G-Shock’s 30th anniversary in 2013, SUPRA collaborated with the watchmaker to create the “It’s About Time” watch and Vaider Lite. This short video follows Stevie Williams, Boo Johnson, and Keelan Dadd as they weave through the streets of LA trying to get the shoe and the watch to the anniversary event which begins at 8:13pm (*20:13 in military time). This 20:13 detail appears throughout the video and the collaboration itself—both the back of the watch and the tongue of the Vaider Lite feature a graphic of a clock set to 20:13.

VIDEO: INSTRAGRAM INTRODUCES NEW PHOTOS OF YOU FEATURE

So far, Instagram has provided the answer to ‘what’, through captions and hash tags and ‘where’, through the Photo Map function, and today they have announced the release of their new Photos of You feature, which will answer the ‘who’, and give way to an additional method of social communication. Now, when you upload a photo, you’re able to tag people as easy as it is to add hash tags. Only you will have control over who is tagged, and it doesn’t stop at people – you can tag any Instagram account you follow. There will also now be a Photos of You section on your profile, you’ll receive a notification when you’ve been tagged and you have control over the privacy settings. I’m a business woman so I’m a BB Chick, however, the petition for me to join Instragram has reached 3,657 sooo I’ll have 2 phones again once my official blog launches. Which is what I was waiting on anyway folks!   Mashable talks about the differences in the screens below: The screen on the Galaxy S4 uses OLED technology instead of the more common LCD tech found on the iPhone 5 and most other phones. Samsung is the world’s leading supplier of OLED displays in phones, and it shows, Soneira says. Although OLEDs typically aren’t as bright as LCDs, the test found the GS4 to perform well in high ambient lighting, 25% brighter than the GSIII. It was about 15% less bright than the iPhone 5′s display, though. Although the test found the iPhone 5 to be “significantly” brighter than the Galaxy S4, Samsung’s flagship has better screen uniformity, darker blacks and — notably — much better brightness off-angle.
