OFFICIAL TRAILER: ANCHORMAN 2 

Guess who’s bizack? That wild and crazy news team! The trailer was released today (Saturday) showing that the crews all there! The Channel 4 News Team that is. It’s the follow-up to 2004’s ‘Anchorman: The Legend Of Ron Burgundy’.

The trailer begins .. “Jesus. MacArthur. Jay-Z. The great ones always return, and when they do, one thing is for sure: their hair will be perfect.” The legend continues December 20th and is said to feature cameos by Amy Poehler, Tina Fey and Kanye West among others. Oh boy! I’ll have to check this with out!

KANYE WEST Surprise Performance In NYC. (Video)

‘West took the stage at Roseland shortly before 11 p.m., standing tall inside of a 3D pyramid-shaped projection screen flanked by enormous arena-scale speakers. After opening with dramatic renditions of last year’s singles “Mercy” and “Cold,” he offered a brief taste of an unreleased song, shouting heatedly over a grinding, almost industrial instrumental.’

I didn’t know that NIGO founded A BATHING APE 20 years ago! I guess because I didn’t really become familiar with the brand until Pharrell got involved. That’s the power of Hip-Hop! Nigo opened this first venture on the backstreets of Harajuku. According to Hypebeast, ‘a large-scale 20th anniversary celebration is in the works as 20 select artists and creatives have been tapped to create a range of T-shirts and artworks to commemorate the event.’(Loves it!) NIGO will showcase the works from these creatives known as ‘APE HEADS’ over a three day period starting April 27th, through canvas and T-shirts at the T-SITE Garden Gallery TSUTAYA in Daikanyama. After the items are sold exclusively at the exhibition venue they’ll be available via BAPE stores globally and ZOZOTOWN. Good Stuff! I’m expecting a few t-shirts in the mail Pharrell ;)! SO DOPE!: Street Artist Posts Rap Lyric Signs Around NYC I stumbled upon this article on Mashable about a New York City based street artist Jason “Jay Shells” Shelowitz who’s started a new project titled“The Rap Quotes”. Apparently, he’s posting signs ‘featuring famous hip-hop lyrics at the exact locations mentioned in each song.” How cool is this?!  “I was listening to music at home, working and heard myself rapping along to Big L’s ‘Lifestylez Ov Da Poor and Dangerous’, which says ’ … on 139 and Lenox Ave. there’s a big park, and if you soft don’t go through it when it gets dark,’” he told Mashable. “I just thought it would be cool to mark that location with the quote so passer-bys knew it was a part of New York’s hip hop history.” Check out the full article and see signs that include lyrics from Jay-Z, Biggie Smalls, Mos Def, Nas, Kanye West, Busta Rhymes & more! One of the GREATS aka KANYE WEST called into Hot 97 to speak on receiving the #7 spot on MTV’s Hottest MC’s in the Game list. He didn’t expect to receive the #1 spot, but he isn’t happy with the #7 either. I agree! He definitely should have ranked much higher. Yeah yeah, this won’t affect his moves or record sales, but I feel if you’re going to do a list like this you ought to get it right! He also spoke about being happy for Big Sean and that he feels Sean should’ve been in the Top 5 due to him “bodying records, like the way he started off with ‘Mercy’” He went on to clearly state that in his opinion he feels the #1 spot belongs to Lil Wayne.  “Yeah, I just think… him and [Jay-Z] and [Eminem] and certain people are just the greatest rappers of all time,” he said. Stars Auction Off Clothes For Sandy Relief: Kelly Osbourne, Kanye West + More.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it several more times: I love seeing high profile people give back! Some of the biggest creatives in music, film and fashion linked up with Re/Create to aid in Hurricane Sandy relief with a series of fashion auctions! To name a few: Kanye West, Kelly Osbourne, Skrillex, Selena Gomez, Anne Hathaway, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs & Nicola Formichetti. According to Billboard, “Kanye West autographed a pair of his signature Yeezy II’s and Skrillex is giving up the ‘Baby Maker’ WeSC jacket he wore at the 2012 Grammys”.

Congratulations are in order for KIM KARDASHIAN + KANYE WEST! As I knew, the couple confirmed that they were expecting a baby! First, Kanye motioned to his ‘baby mama’ during his performance at Revel in Atlantic City on Sunday night (Dec. 30) .. the following morning Kim Kardashian confirmed that they were expecting on her site! It was a GREAT performance and great news! Kim finally got her baby! Ha! xo @RozOonTheGo
