Roz-O On The Go! The Brand. The Lifestyle. The Entertainment.
This is the #7 item on Vogue.com’s MOST WANTED list! I NEED this Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci rose-gold metal chain bracelet in my life! And for a cool $580 I can have it. I love the Shark Tooth pendant! So bad-ass! Where can you get it? Barneys New York 212-826-8900.
I just came across this interesting article on HighSnob and I thought I’d share. My ‘followers’ clearly love the Supreme brand, so I’m interested to know your thoughts on this. After reading the article and building a Brand myself, I can relate to both sides on this. But hey, I hope it works out for the best for all parties involved! Check out the specifics below. xo @rozOonTheGo
According to HS, the streetwear brand Supreme has sued Leah McSweeney’s Married To The Mob for $10 million dollars over the brands popular “Supreme Bitch” design which was originally released in a 2004 collection. It was an answer to the Men’s dominated streetwear ‘landscape’. Apparently, the design has become so popular for the label causing Supremes’ James Jebbia to seek damages as the design “infringes his trademark rights.”
“The case is curious and even seems hypocritical for a number of reasons. For instance, the tee was carried at Union in 2004, a shop owned and managed by Jebbia. Furthermore, the original Supreme design is largely based on the work of prolific artist Barbara Kruger, not to mention the number of brands Supreme has ripped off over the years.” - [HighSnobiety]
Supreme would like to and has set out to keep their product exclusive and the production of “Supreme Bitch” waters down Supreme’s exclusivity. Check out statements from both sides after the jump:
LA-based label DOPE released their own capsule collection for the recent 4/20 ‘festivities’. They released t-shirts, snapbacks, a vest, a ring and 5-panels using a few iconic 4/20 tags and terms. I know I’m late on posting for 4/20, but I don’t celebrate it and I was somewhere tropical this weekend enjoying clear blue waters and sunshine! Anyways, check out more at DOPE. xo @rozOonTheGo

Dwyane Wade discussing the initial creative process of his “Way of Wade” brand of Li-Ning at home. The creative process is the best part; seeing a product coming together is amazing! Enjoy the process! xo @rozOonTheGo
On the day that her MRS. CARTER SHOW TOUR kicks off in Serbia, H&M debuts more shots from the “BEYONCE AS MRS. CARTER IN H&M” CAMPAIGN! Blue Ivy’s mother and JAY-Z’S wife looks amazing! The 31 year-old is shown in a bevy of swimsuits from the retailer’s summer collection.
“What makes these [H&M] pieces even more special is that Beyoncé herself had input into the design, and they are full of her own personal style,” Ann-Sofie Johansson, head of design at H&M, told The Telegraph.
The clothing will be available in May in H&M stores and online! xo @rozOonTheGo
I am a SUCH a Jeans/Denim chick so it made me smile when I saw this headline on Cosmo’s website: If You’re Wearing One Thing This Spring, Make Sure It’s Denim. Don’t worry, I always do, but go ahead, I’m listening.
Apparently, Denim took over the Spring 2013 Runways at Balmain, DKNY, Dsquared2, and several other shows! Cosmo chose a few of their favorites from the runway looks and I posted my faves out of those! Denim is ALWAYS a do, I’m an expert on how to rock the perfect jeans, cut-offs and denim vests! Check out the looks above and a few more here. xo @rozOonTheGo
THE LOOKS:
#1 DKNY paired a relaxed denim long-sleeve shirt with a crisp whit pencil skirt and metallic heels. Casually chic, yet comfortably professional!
#2 MANGO Denim jump-suit! Loves it! I have a Frankie B one that I need to pull out of storage! ($100)
#3 FOREVER 21 Mineral Wash Denim Bustier ($20) can be rocked SO many ways!
”[Saint Laurent’s music project is] a portrait series drawing on the relationship between rock icons and the house since its earliest days, the killer move being the artists style themselves in its seasonal and permanent collections to create an image of their own expression.”
When Rock and Fashion collide you get a fashionable music project featuring Courtney Love, Marilyn Manson, Kim Gordon and Ariel Pink. I read that each artist styled themselves for the campaign shots which I believe is cool because it expresses their individuality. The photos are timeless to me and definitely keep in line with the grunge look that Saint Laurent represents so well, so fashionably! Bravo! xo @rozOonTheGo

Ladies, guess who’s the new face of FOREVER 21’S Summer 2013 Forever L.A. Collection? CASSIE VENTURA is her name! Some forget that before she was dropping mixtape like #RockaByeBaby she was a model for brands such as dELiA’s, Abercrombie and Calvin Klein One. Not too shabby for a beauty of her height. She definitely represents for the not-so-tall slim cuties like myself ;)!
Ok, carrying on, this new line was inspired by 90’s Urban Los Angeles and the East side of the country. You’ll see bright colored tops and overalls hanging on the racks! Oh, there will be accessories as well! Get’em Cas! xo @rozOonTheGo
Yes, Mrs. Carter has joined forces with one of my favorite brands Dsquared2 to create her stage wardrobe for her upcoming tour! Is this hot or what? It’s hot. Ok, so the twin designers Dean and Dan Caten have created at least one custom look so far for the Mrs. Carter World Tour.
“Beyonce chose to wear a unique outfit created exclusively for her by Dean and Dan Caten, inspired by an item from the 2013 spring/summer Glamazon catwalk show,” Dsquared2 confirmed.
I just know these outfits will be show-stopping! What a great creative move! Their Spring collection is ‘retro model-inspired’ and is full of leather, leopard, lace and features pieces like shrunken jackets, denim shorts and cropped schoolboy blazers! Love! You can check out a few of the looks from the catwalk above. Now .. close your eyes AND imagine B rocking these! Massive!
The history-making tour kicks off Monday April 15th in Serbia!#rozOonTheGo
One of my favorite fashion magazines: Cosmopolitan snagged an interview with ‘Hart of Dixie’ star and ‘style icon’ Rachel Bilson! I opted to post my favorite photos from the shoot instead of the actual cover. In addition, I posted a picture of the ‘candy-colored bracelets’ that Rachel loved! I want!
When asked if she could do a karaoke duet with anyone she said it would be “Eminem”, and they would sing “anything. I secretly want to be a rapper.” Doesn’t everybody?! How cute. She goes on to speak about fashion and not liking “being too pretty”. ” “I hate being too pretty. I always add something that gives it a little funk. A leather jacket over a wedding dress—I would totally do that.”
I totally love this chicks style! For more on Rachel’s exclusive Cosmo interview be sure to pick up the new issue April 9th! Click here to check out a few more pics and excerpts! xo @rozOonTheGo
MADE For Macy’s Impulse Collection has launched! They celebrated the launch with a party in the Milk Studios Penthouse! I love that Penthouse, the first event I attended there was for an event that Puffy threw for one of his photographer friends and that’s where I first met the TALL man Shaquille O’neal. Yes, I only came to his knee! Travesty! Ok, back to the post at hand .. the MADE collection had an awesome launch party where the likes of Coco Rocha (pictured), Hilary Rhoda, Theopolis London and Va$htie (pictured-b) could be seen canoodling with MADE designers Katie Gallagher, Carly Cushnie & Michelle Ochs!
They were also donned with a performance by Dough Rollers, Atlanta de Cadenet Taylor and Angel Haze. The new collection is available now and you can shop the collection here! xo @rozOonThego
I’m looking forward to what these two lil ladies have coming over the next several years. Although, they admittedly draw style inspiration from their older sisters, particularly Kourtney, “She’s always had the best style, even when she was younger,” Kylie says, when it came to their on clothing line for Pacsun the girls didn’t consult with Kim, Kourtney or Khloe! “We were like, ‘This is our project. Leave us alone,’” Kylie, 15, tells PEOPLE. “We didn’t go to them for advice at all.”
The girls worked together, sometimes disagreeing, but ultimately coming to a conclusion. The affordable collection is said to be inspired by their casual-California style. “It’s just a chill, relaxed cool line,” Kendall, 17, says, of their designs, noting that she’s partial to the chambray button-down, while Kylie adores the dresses. The two definitely did something right because pieces from the line are already sold out!
Check out the entire article at PEOPLE and check out Kendall & Kylie for Pacson at Pacson stores and at pacson.com! xo @rozOonThego
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it several more times: I love seeing high profile people give back! Some of the biggest creatives in music, film and fashion linked up with Re/Create to aid in Hurricane Sandy relief with a series of fashion auctions! To name a few: Kanye West, Kelly Osbourne, Skrillex, Selena Gomez, Anne Hathaway, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs & Nicola Formichetti. According to Billboard, “Kanye West autographed a pair of his signature Yeezy II’s and Skrillex is giving up the ‘Baby Maker’ WeSC jacket he wore at the 2012 Grammys”.
“Like many New Yorkers, we were saddened by the devastation of Hurricane Sandy and motivated to help,” Re/Create writes on their site. “To assist the ongoing relief and rebuilding efforts we are proud to present this auction of personal, one of a kind items donated by prominent members of our creative community.”
To place a bid or check out the hot items, visit the Re/Create website.
What are you waiting for? Go bid now! I am, to support the cause! xo @RozOonTheGo
Not only do I receive several messages to post more fashion/style posts; I also get requests for more MEN fashion/style posts! I’m going to get better, I PROMISE! I truly am saving my ‘real posting’ for my ‘real blog’ .. coming soon ;)! Having said that, I’m living for this suit that actor JAMIE FOXX is rocking during one of the ‘DJango Unchained’ London premiere’s! It’s colorful .. it’s bold .. I adore it! Oh, by the way, Django was nominated for a Best Picture Oscar! xo @RozOonTheGo
