VIDEO: DANITY KANE REUNITING?

Well, if you are one to assume then watching the ladies (minus D. Woods) having lunch together may lead you to believe that they are! I personally think this would be an interesting, not so risky move! I still listen to ‘Show Stopper’ and ‘Damaged’ so I’m open to hearing some new music from the ladies that DIDDY groomed. BUT don’t expect Mr. P-Diddy to be apart of the project if this does kicks off. When asked by the cameraman if they’d be working with Diddy one of the ladies responded, “Who’s Diddy?” Well, ok! The group disbanded in 2009 after releasing the platinum certified album ‘Welcome To The Dollhouse.’

I guess time will tell! Welp, check out the clip. xo Roz-O!

NAILS ON-THE-GO:

Girls love to get dolled-up and that’s just what these ladies did over the weekend at the NUVO nail party in L.A.! Actress REGINA KING, designer Alexis Phifer (Kanye’s EX), Singer DAWN RICHARD, ANTM BRE SKULLARK and the beautiful CHRISTINA MILIAN are pictured.

The pop-up nail shop took place at jewelry designer Melody Ehsani’s flagship store, where they sipped Nuvo cocktails and received groovy nail designs by Candy Paint LA nail techs. Oh, the designs were custon Ehsani nail designs! I’m loving it! Where was my invite?

Former DANITY KANE/DIDDY DIRTY $ member DAWN RICHARD gains a pretty dope feature in the fashion magazine REGARD. You can catch a Q&A and some chic fashion pictures of the songbird who released her ARMOR ON album last month. I believe that Dawn is a talented singer and an expressive songwriter. I’m looking forward to more! xo @RozOonTheGo

On what she enjoyed most about working with Diddy Dirty Money
I enjoyed the freedom to dream sonically and lyrically. It was less “boxed,” more “innovative” and that was the place where I dwelled. So, I was in my element. The edge. The rawness. The sound we created became a platform for others. Whether they admit it or not, we broke boundaries with that album.

DAWN RICHARD Talks End of DIDDY-DIRTY MONEY & More..

Dawn Richard is ready for war. In the past seven years, the singer has endured everything from the breakup of all-girl group Danity Kane to the unexpected disbandment of hip-hop trio Diddy-Dirty Money. But the release of her solo EP “Armor On” (March 27), only proves that Dawn is prepared to do what it takes to defend herself and her music.

"I was always the one that people thought wouldn’t be able to survive," Dawn tells Billboard.com’s The Juice.  But the New Orleans native has done more than just survive. With the aid of a small team of supporters, she released her EP independently through her company, Our Dawn Entertainment. "We don’t have a label of any sort so it makes [‘Armor On’] my own baby" Dawn says.

With her “baby” sitting comfortably at No. 3 on the iTunes R&B/Soul chart, Dawn took a moment to chat with The Juice about her tumultuous journey. She set the record straight on everything from the end of Diddy-Dirty Money to her highly anticipated debut album.

Rest In Peace Baby Girl…..

Aaliyah’s impact transcends further than the hip-hop and R&B realm. From style to the effortless harmony of sensuality and vulnerability, close to ten years from her passing Aaliyah’s infuence is still present.

In remembrance of Aaliyah, Billboard.com’s The Juice we asked twelve notable female R&B acts to share their thoughts and memories of the missed singer.

Ciara:
"She was true to who she was and she didn’t seem to care about it. The core of her art to me is heavily, heavily urban based. When an artist’s music is so urban based, sometimes people like to take risks with artists like that. When you think about it, it really is pop, it really is cultural and that’s the one thing that I thought was cool about her music. It never felt like she was trying to reach across or do anything more than just keep that cool, soulful, heavy urban core about it. It wasn’t like she was trying to be anything more than who she was. I really respect that and I appreciate that."

Dawn Richard:
"She was to me more than an artist. I feel like she was a legend in her own right. What Timbaland, Missy [Elliott] and that whole crew did for music was just something that is highly missed right now. I loved her more not only as an artist but as a dancer. I felt like she was one of the few that when her videos or songs came on I would literally sit and watch the entire video to learn each step that she did because I felt like it was something that everybody wanted to learn. She just captured you.
