What do you mean by that—and what does it mean to you? ROCKY: If I have an opportunity to say something positive, then I’m gonna take advantage of it, but there are two sides to that. It’d be politically correct for me to say something good for the kids when I have a chance—say something that’s positive—just because it’ll help my image. But I came up in a world that was just crazy—and it was hectic and kind of radical at the same time.For me, growing up in Harlem and then migrating down to SoHo and the Lower East Side and chillin’ down there and making that my stomping ground … That was a big thing, because I’m from Harlem, and downtown is more artsy and also more open-minded…. FASHION ON-THE-GO: MEN’S STYLE

One of, if not, the most respected men’s magazines GQ has released their 2013 list for The Best New Menswear Designers In America!

I love fashion so I’m familiar with all four of the below ‘artists’ and I respect the list GQ! Past success stories from this list are: Marc McNairy, Johan Lindeberg and Alexander Wang (LOVE)!

So, who are this years picks? 

Matt Baldwin for his ‘Baldwin’ brand and one of Jay-Z’s go-to designers.

Earnest Alexander Sabine creator of Ernest Alexander founded in New York City.

Liam & Sammy Fayed; two brothers based in NY and designers of the brand Bespoken.

Paige Mycoskie for his brand ‘Aviator Nation’; with clients Jake Gyllenhaal and Robert Downey Jr.!

AZEALIA BANKS IS THE NEW FACE OF ALEXANDER WANG’S “T” FALL 2012 CAMPAIGN! Yes, you read right. I wasn’t too surprised really as these two have been spotted at various events together. Wang recently told Style.com: “She exudes a certain rawness that makes her a very unique talent. I loved working with her on this video for T Fall 2012, and think the collaboration captures a collision of energies.” I don’t know about you but I’m definitely intrigued! I love his clothing and I’m not only looking forward to this new ‘T by Alexander Wang’ collection but I’m also interested to see what Azealia’s debut album “Broke With Expensive Taste” will be about. It’s set for a September release! xo @RozOonTheGo

RIHANNA COVERS HARPERS BAZAAR AUGUST 2012 ISSUE:

RI RI sits with Laura Brown to discuss sex, music and living life in the public eye. In the interview she opens up about relationships and how cautious she is when it comes to being in love again. She looks amazing in the photographs! She’s pictured in a cutaway frame dress by Calvin Klein and a top by Alexandar Wang. The magazine hits newsstands JULY 17th. Check out excerpts below:

“When I was in love, I fell so hard. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye my whole life changed. Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I’d feel that pain in my life. I’m afraid of feeling that again.”

Rihanna also joked about her body and the parts she wishes were more voluptuous. “I don’t know if there’s something going on with my body right now, but I’m eating everything in life!” she said. “I miss my ass. It just went away! I need a butt. I have an idea of one, but it’s not living up to its full potential right now.”
