MOVIE TRAILER: FAST & FURIOUS 6 (FINAL TRAILER)

Synopsis:

Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the returning cast of all-stars as the global blockbuster franchise built on speed races to its next continent in Fast & Furious 6. Reuniting for their most high-stakes adventure yet, fan favorites Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and Elsa Pataky are joined by badass series newcomers Luke Evans and Gina Carano.

Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.

BONNAROO Music Festival 2012 Update!

“Where you guys sleeping? In a field?” a curious Thom Yorke asked the Radiohead faithful during the band’s headlining set at Bonnaroo on Friday night (June 8). “Do you do that here? I dunno.” It was almost like Yorke and co. had never visited the sprawling music fest in before, but of course, the alt-rock giants delivered an epic performance in Manchester six years ago, when Bonnaroo was still growing into the amalgamated mega-fest it is today. As the first of the three major headliners at this year’s event, Radiohead was given another opportunity to make a field of thousands weep along with the most beautiful falsetto in rock music.

Radiohead’s two-hour, two-encore headlining set focused primarily on the band’s two most recent albums (2007’s “In Rainbows” and last year’s “The King of Limbs”), but re-shaped classics like “Everything In Its Right Place” and “Karma Police” made the performance the easy, expected highlight of the day. But hours before and after Radiohead, festival goers were partying hard to the muscular dance-rock of Little Dragon, austere jams of Afrocubism, darling soul music of Michael Kiwanuka and earthquake-like bass of Major Lazer. Meanwhile, the temperature rose, food vendor lines lengthened, marijuana deals were made in daylight, breasts were exposed, and everyone seemed to have a roaring good time.

What was going on behind the scenes and way out in the open at Bonnaroo on Friday? Here are 10 things you might have missed:

“[That Ludacris diss is] a case of somebody trying to use my marketing money to get things going again for themselves. That didn’t affect my day, my month, my year. I didn’t take any of that seriously.”

JUSTIN BIEBER taps LIL WAYNE For New Album:

Via @billboarddotcom

First it was Ludacris on “Baby.” Then Kanye West remixed his “My World 2.0” track “Runaway Love” with Raekwon. Then, just when we thought he wasn’t going to ask Busta Rhymes to be on his version of “Little Drummer Boy,” he did just that. Now, pop superstar and “Otis” freestylerJustin Bieber is turning his collaborative efforts toward another star rapper: Lil Wayne

Bieber, who is working hard on a forthcoming full-length titled “Believe,” posted on Twitter on Wednesday (Feb. 1) that he had shared some studio time with the Cash Money superstar: “Good time in the studio last night. back at it tonight. oh yeah…and big bro came thru… and when i say big bro i mean @LilTunechi. #BELIEVE IT.” He also posted a pair of photos of Wayne and himself kicking it at a skate park — the black-and-white shots either depict Mr. Carter giving the Biebs some fatherly music advice, or teaching the youngster how to do a kickflip.

Last month, Bieber announced on Twitter that he had started recording “Believe,” which follows “Under The Mistletoe,” a full-length Christmas effort that gave the teen star his third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 last November. Over the past week, Bieber has also worked with songwriter Sean Garrett ( UsherChris Brown) as well as Timbaland, who helped craft a classic album from another teen pop titan: Justin Timberlake’s “FutureSex/Lovesounds,” in 2006.
