I love when public figures use their celebrity and connections to bring awareness to important issues. Clark and his teammates focused hard on football at Tuesday’s practice, but later that day it was helmets off and gloves on for the Ryan Clark Celebrity Softball Game! The game benefited his ‘Clark’s Cure League for Sickle Cell’ which is a disease that his sister-n-law died from and a disease that he has a trait for and has faced complications from.
“For me it’s about finding exciting ways to get sickle cell awareness out there,” said Clark. “I don’t want to bog people down with lectures and speeches all of the time. We are always doing something to get awareness out there about sickle cell, get a cure and know that when you donate, it’s going to research. It’s to honor my sister-in-law and tons of patients affected. It’s great to be a part of it and great to be an ambassador.”

NEW MUSIC: 50K (REMIX) - WAKA FLOCKA FEAT. T.I.
Apparently some Dublin residents were offended by Ri Ri’s topless posters for her ‘Diamonds’ World Tour. So offended that they took it upon themselves to staple a dress on her billboard. The posters feature the artwork from her ‘Unapologetic’ album where she appears naked, covered by her elbow and the album title. The key word here is ‘covered’. I wonder do they turn the TV or go around Dublin covering other tastefully-nude ADs? Oh, we can’t forget the New York Lower-Eastsiders who partially covered up Beyonce’s H&M Ad. What time you people have on your hands. Shout out to the twitter user Paul Duane! Ha! xo @rozOonTheGo as I turn up the volume on ‘Diamonds’!

The season 4 premiere of PRETTY LITTLE LIARS was so fetch! Pigs in the trunk, more of A’s workers revealed, Mrs. D back on the block, Toby gives ‘A’ the secret lair and Mona on the Team? Geesh! I can’t wait for next Tuesday!
First of all, I LOVE the NYT’s headline: BEHIND THE MASK!
We recently got an ear full during Ye’s 2013 Governors Ball performance in New York, but he sat done for an in depth Q&A with New York Times. This makes me happy. This guy is a genius on some many levels and you get to see why, in case you didn’t know before, in this interview. Kanye is set to release his 6th studio album, “Yeezus” on Tuesday, June 18th, where he’ll take us forward with his music style. However, in the interview he takes a look back on his life and career. The interview is extensive with critic Jon Caramanica and it’s one for books! Check out a few excerpts from the Hip-Hop star below! xo @rozOonTheGo
When your debut album, “The College Dropout” came out, the thing that people began to associate with you besides music was: Here’s someone who’s going to argue for his place in history; like, “Why am I not getting five stars?”
I think you got to make your case. Seventh grade, I wanted to be on the basketball team. I didn’t get on the team, so that summer I practiced. I was on the summer league. My team won the championship; I was the point guard. And then when I went for eighth grade, I practiced and I hit every free throw, every layup, and the next day I looked on this chart, and my name wasn’t on it. I asked the coach what’s up, and they were like, “You’re just not on it.” I was like, “But I hit every shot.” The next year — I was on the junior team when I was a freshman, that’s how good I was. But I wasn’t on my eighth-grade team, because some coach — some Grammy, some reviewer, some fashion person, some blah blah blah — they’re all the same as that coach. Where I didn’t feel that I had a position in eighth grade to scream and say, “Because I hit every one of my shots, I deserve to be on this team!” I’m letting it out on everybody who doesn’t want to give me my credit.
